NGT RULES & REGULATIONS
National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every traveler Those Who Wants To visit To Rohtang Pass which are as follows:-
The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1200 /- per day, out of which only 800 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired amount To Cab.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE
If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the first time, additional charges will be levied.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and
season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in the plan within 15 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of an advance payment.
If in case you wish to cancel the tour charges are applicable ,3000/- are minimum amount we charge up to INR 1000 to 35000/-(Tour Cost)
10% Amount will be deducted if package size is more than 35000/-
HOTEL BOOKING POLICY
Your hotel has laid down some rules, and it’s our job to let you know what they are.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals (Non Veg) that aren’t part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you’re checking out.
ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person Who is staying at the hotel.
The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve etc… All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
If you don’t show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.
All Hotel Cancellation Will Be Applicable According To Company Policy And Hotel Will Never Involved In Any Cancellations.
Extra Bed Means Extra Mattress.
CHILD POLICY
Children below 5 years are complementary in the parent’s room without an extra bed.
Milk/Food for infants or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies.
Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary
In Himachal, The facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
Verbal Commitments are not applicable.
All Judicial Matter Regarding This Tour Package Will Be Solved In Himachal High Court Only.
In Any Pandemic Conditions Both Party (Company And Client) Will Adjust 50/50 If Guest (Client) is Involved In Any illegal activity.
